2. Billing Cycle and Invoices:

Subscription Plans: You choose a subscription plan with a monthly or annual billing cycle. You will receive an electronic invoice at the beginning of each billing cycle specifying the amount due and payment deadline.

Pay-Per-Use Services: Charges for additional resources beyond your chosen plan's limit will be reflected on your monthly invoice.

Invoice Delivery: We will send electronic invoices to the email address associated with your account. You can access and download past invoices within the Platform settings.

3. Payment Methods:

We accept major credit cards and debit cards for payment. Your chosen payment method will be securely stored within the Platform for automatic billing unless you manually update it.

4. Late Payments:

Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

A late payment fee of 1% will be applied to any outstanding balance unpaid after 60 days from the invoice date.

If your payment remains delinquent after 60 days, your account may be suspended or terminated.

5. Disputes and Refunds:

If you believe your invoice is incorrect, please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving the invoice. We will investigate and issue a correction if necessary.

You may be eligible for a refund under certain circumstances as outlined in our separate Refund Policy available on the Platform.

6. Taxes:

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, including sales and use taxes, related to your use of the Platform and services. We will automatically calculate and include applicable taxes on your invoice.

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated policy on the Platform and sending an email notification.
