The Platform provides AI-powered content creation services, including (but not limited to) blog posts, articles, website copy, product descriptions, and social media posts. We generate original, SEO-optimized content tailored to your specific needs using our proprietary AI technology.
3. User Obligations:

You must not submit any content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, infringes on the rights of others, or violates any applicable laws or regulations. 4. Intellectual Property:

You retain ownership of the content you generate through the Platform, subject to any applicable subscription terms.
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for the purposes of providing the Platform and improving our services.

We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the content generated by the Platform. You use the Platform at your own risk.
6. Account Suspension and Termination:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we:
Detect suspicious activity associated with your account, such as attempts at unauthorized access, fraudulent transactions, or violations of our TOS.
Receive credible complaints from other users or third parties regarding your use of the Platform.
Believe in good faith that your actions are harmful to the Platform, our community, or the public interest.
In most cases, before termination, we will attempt to contact you via email or through the Platform to:
Inform you of the potential issue and the intended action.
Request your feedback or explanation regarding the suspected activity.
Provide an opportunity to rectify the situation, if possible.
This notice and verification process gives you a chance to address any concerns and potentially avoid account termination. However, we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately without notice if the suspected activity is deemed severe or poses an imminent threat.
